Our client decided to convert one of its offshore production units into a sixth-generation deepwater semi-submersible drilling rig.

Our client was considering the purchase of a semi-submersible drilling unit that was moored in sheltered waters offshore Madagascar.

Accommodation Vessel Upgrade
Our client was about to begin the execution phase of a major accommodation vessel upgrade. The project had suffered from inconsistent project management and planning, and our client was concerned that the project was distressed and out of control.
