With involvement in over 100 oil & gas and marine industry projects since its formation in 2004 our Global Project Solutions (GPS) team is expertly placed to deliver maximum value to projects across the globe. Averaging over 30 projects a year our GPS team brings unsurpassed knowledge, experience and expertise to the table. The teams focus is firmly on consistent high quality delivery of services throughout the projects lifecycle thus greatly increasing the probability of project success. The team is dedicated to managing and ensuring knowledge transfer from each project and project phase. Our GPS team works seamlessly with our regional teams and execution teams to deliver project management excellence worldwide by combining international expertise with vital local knowledge and experience.

Our GPS team comprising of project managers, engineers and project support staff is augmented with industry specialists to ensure that best practice and innovative and value added project solutions are developed and delivered.

GPS Team Structure
Our GPS team is structured to maximise teamwork and provide uncluttered communication channels allowing timely decision making while devolving responsibility and authority for delivery to the appropriate level within each project environment. Good relations is a key ingredient for successful projects, therefore single point of contacts ensure that the right information is exchanged at the right time and that the appropriate people are engaged to aid effective communication.


How the Team Works
Our GPS team manages and supports concurrent multi-location projects. The team collates project inputs from our clients and internally within Epeus. By applying our services the project is defined, planned, executed, closed out and delivered within defined cost, time and quality parameters. We recognise that different skill sets and experience is required for each project phase. By combining these skills, a comprehensive and workable Project Execution and Controls Plan (PECP) is developed for each project for implementation by the execution teams. This combination of GPS team and specialist execution teams means that multiple projects can be effectively and efficiently planned and executed with optimum resources within a robust project controls structure. Application of our Edge-ucator service ensures knowledge is captured and transferred from project to project helping the GPS team to constantly improve upon its previous successes.
