Mark Thompson (President & CEO)
Mark is a highly skilled and experienced project manager with a proven track record for successfully completing complex and innovative drilling vessel construction and semi submersible upgrade projects. A degree qualified engineer, he specialises in planning and executing projects, identifying and mitigating risks to project success and managing multi-discipline engineering, project and commissioning teams.

Paul J Franzetti (VP and General Counsel)
Paul has been an attorney for 30 years.  His experience has primarily involved complex general business litigation in the US and international arbitrations, but includes a corporate securities practice for a time with a major firm as well as in-house experience with a Fortune 100 company doing business internationally.  Among other things, the litigation and arbitration matters in which Paul has been involved have concerned claims arising out of design and build construction contracts, as well as general contracts, securities issues, technology transfer agreements, employment discrimination, partnership issues, and oil and gas title issues. His corporate securities practice included representation of both issuing companies and investment bankers, and his in-house practice has included a variety of matters.

Having graduated with a Masters of Business Administration (MBA), Leng is highly skilled in analysing business activities and recommending strategies for company activities.
