In Project Triage or rescue situations, we will determine the reasons for the failing status by independently and critically investigating the project history and will recommend solutions to mitigate and manage the effects of the failures. In addition to actual execution work, Project Triage usually combines elements of our Project Advisory and Assurance Services implemented in a corrective rather than preventive context.
