Portfolio of Services
Our portfolio of Project Advisory and Assurance Services are designed to help achieve project success beginning in the definition and planning phases. Our Project Triage Services identify issues and impacts that are leading to project failure in urgent situations - already ongoing projects - and implement measures to rectify them.
One analogy for Project Advisory and Assurance Services is from the medical profession. Whereas most individuals and companies engaged in day-to-day project management can be compared to general practitioners, Èpeus is comparable to consulting physicians or specialists who provide specialised investigation, analyses, diagnoses, reviews and overall monitoring.
Similarly, our Project Triage Services, or project rescue, can be likened to first aid and emergency departments making an initial and critical assessment of issues and focusing on those, which if treated effectively, will have the greatest chance of achieving success.
